Drill Stations
Check In Station
When you arrive, you will need to check in under the big tent in order to get your RFID combine event wrist band.
The information you used to register will have been automatically fed and programmed with your name, grade and sport. We will check you in and then enter your weight, height, take your picture and measure your wingspan from finger tip to finger tip.
Once this first station is complete, you will proceed to the first station of your choice. Your wrist band will be scanned at each station and you will perform your drill. The times and results will be automatically uploaded and stored in order to produce your digital SAT score card.
40 Yard Dash
Timed Tests: (40 Yard Dash, 3 Cone, 5-10-5)
- Athlete ID Scanned
- Position Athlete and Block the sensor.
- When coach says “It’s on you” – Go when you are ready.
Your time starts when you leave the line.
3 Cone Drill
Timed Tests: (40 Yard Dash, 3 Cone, 5-10-5)
- Athlete ID Scanned
- Position Athlete and Block the sensor.
- When coach says “It’s on you” – Go when you are ready.
Your time starts when you leave the line.
5 - 10 - 5 Drill
Timed Tests: (40 Yard Dash, 3 Cone, 5-10-5)
- Athlete ID Scanned
- Position Athlete and Block the sensor.
- When coach says “It’s on you” – Go when you are ready.
Your time starts when you leave the line.
Standing Broad Jump
- Position toes behind the line; jump / stationary landing; measured at heals
- Athlete ID Scanned / Distance Scanned
vertical leap
- Jump from stationary position.
- Hit flag for vertical jump
- Athlete ID scanned / Height Jump entered.
Combine station map
Each station will have Gatorade hydration stations. There will also be a station monitor for scanning each athlete.
